Free and Reduced Lunch Form

Click below to access the free and reduced application for students. Here is some information about the free and reduced program...

All are encouraged to complete the online application as state funding is dependent upon the number of  qualifying applications, not necessarily program participation. This vital funding supports not only nutrition services, but also health and educational services for students.

There is no identifying information as to which students receive free and reduced meal benefits. Food service staff, faculty, and classmates are not aware of a student's status.

Families must reapply each year to continue receiving benefits. The grace period for students receiving benefits from the previous school year expires September 19, 2018. If an application has not been received and approved by September 19, the account will change to a paid status and families will be responsible for covering meals at full price until the application is approved. If you have already submitted your online application and received a confirmation letter for the 2018-2019 school year, you do not need to reapply.

Please note when doing a search on the online application for Dry Creek, we are listed as "Roseville City / Dry Creek School District" due to our program partnership.
